Groundwater Information
Groundwater Levels
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) produces Groundwater Level Change maps which summarize the change in groundwater level measurements over time. Groundwater level data are collected from wells in the northern Sacramento Valley by DWR Northern Region Office Staff and local cooperating entities. Groundwater levels are measured seasonally as part of DWR’s ongoing data collection program.
