Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator is delegated the responsibility and authority to interpret the meaning and applicability of all provisions of the Zoning Code. The Community Development Director serves as the Zoning Administrator.

Duties of the Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator hears and makes determinations on applications for the following:

  • Zoning Code Interpretation
  • Site Plan Review
  • Administrative Permits
  • Minor Use Permits
  • Temporary Use Permits
  • Minor Variances
  • Reasonable Accomodations

The Zoning Administrator may also make the determination that any of these requests shall be placed on the Planning Commission Agenda for a decision.
