Pursuant to California Government Code(s), below is an inventory of all Colusa County warrants (checks)* that have been issued and mailed to the payee but remain uncashed six months after the issue date. Uncashed warrants that are lost can be reissued up to three years from the original issue date.
If after reviewing the list of uncashed warrants, you have determined that the County may have funds belonging to you or your business, please contact the Colusa County Auditor’s Office at (530) 458-0400.
*This list only includes payment transactions that are not reimbursements or made to internal County trust accounts. It also does not include payment information that is privileged and confidential under the law and thus exempt under California Government Code section 6254(k). Additionally, it also does not include payment record information by other separate public entities, such as school districts or other special districts. Please contact County Counsel if you have any questions.
