The Board of Supervisors is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Lanphier for the position of Director of Public Works. Mr. Lanphier joined the County May 20, 2013.
Mr. Lanphier was a senior engineering manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff and formerly worked in several capacities with the California Department of Transportation.
Please welcome Mr. Lanphier to the County family as our new Director of Public Works.
