On Friday the May 6 2016 at 01:20AM, Colusa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a stabbing on the 1100 block of Garret Ave in Arbuckle, CA. The victim was conscious upon the Deputies arrival and was later transported to a hospital with life threatening injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the stabbing are unknown at this time. The suspect has been identified as Santiago Rodriguez Ochoa Jr., 26, of Arbuckle. Following the alleged incident, the suspect Ochoa fled the scene with a female and two juveniles. The female and juveniles have been located and are safe. The location of Ochoa is unknown at this time but he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
