Colusa County Sheriff’s Office Serves Search Warrants in Colusa and Yuba City

The Colusa County Task Force, joined by several law enforcement agencies, executed eight separate search warrants in both Colusa County and Yuba City that resulted in six arrests.
The persons arrested were the following: Adan Ayala Jr., 44, Yuba City; Eurik Manuel Rivas, 26, Yuba City; Cathy Irene Mendoza, 38, Yuba City; Andy Garcia, 20, Colusa; Joseph Ethan Ayala, 26, Colusa; and Felicia Moore, 30, Yuba City.
During the searches, the Task Force located and seized approximately over 10 pounds of marijuana, prescription medication, ammunition, three firearms and seized numerous electronic devices. Ayala Jr., Ayala, Rivas and Mendoza were arrested for human trafficking, pimping, pandering, conspiracy and criminal street gang activity. Garcia was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Moore was arrested and booked into the Sutter County Jail for resisting or obstructing a police officer.
Assisting Colusa County were the Colusa County District Attorney’s Office, Colusa County Probation Department, Colusa Police Department, Williams Police Department, Glenn County Task Force, Marysville Police Department, NET-5, Sutter County District Attorney’s Office and the Yuba City Police Department.
