Colusa County Task Force Seize Methamphetamine, Guns and Marijuana

On October 16, 2018 at 0700 hours, the Colusa County Task force served a drug related search warrant in the 400 block of California Ave. in Arbuckle, CA. 

Marcus Frank Guaydacan, 43, of Arbuckle was arrested for several charges including drug sales, felon in possession of a firearm, child endangerment and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.  Ashley Nicole Robinson, 27, of Arbuckle was arrested for child endangerment.  Kristy Renee Kirkland, 40, of Arbuckle was additionally located on the property and arrested for a probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Colusa County Task Force Agents seized approximately 66.3 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 3 pounds of marijuana, 4 firearms as well as electronic devices and other items indicative of narcotic sales.  Agents additionally located a marijuana grow on the property in compliance with state regulations but failed to abide by the Colusa County Ordinance related to outdoor marijuana cultivation.

Through cooperative investigations between the Colusa County Task Force and the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office Detectives Unit, eight individuals in the last five days have been arrested in the Arbuckle area for various charges.
