On March 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the Draft 2030 General Plan and associated EIR in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Colusa County Historic Courthouse, located at 547 Market Street, Colusa.
This meeting is for the Planning Commission to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding adoption and certification of the Environmental Impact Report and adoption of the Colusa County 2030 General Plan Update. The public is encouraged to attend.
The General Plan provides guidance on reaching a future envisioned twenty (20) or more years in the future. Addressed by the 2030 General Plan Update are land use decisions relating to housing, protection of agriculture, expansion of County road systems, development of recreation resources, and promotion of job creation into the County's future.
